Eurocept Homecare - Hospital Partnerships
Want to save your hospital some work and deliver care at a lower price point? That's what†Eurocept Homecare, with all its logistics and medical expertise, is offering you and your patients.
Until 2012, expensive specialist medications came under the Medication Reimbursement Scheme, which means they were covered by patients' health insurance. However, since 2012, hospitals have borne the costs of these expensive specialist medications themselves.†
At the time the new rules came into effect, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport demanded that the quality of in-home care delivered to patients who had been discharged from hospital not be impaired. To this end, targets were set to improve the quality and efficiency of the Dutch health-care system. ††
Thanks to its logistics expertise and highly-trained nurses, Eurocept Homecare is able to work in close partnership with hospitals. This is how our nurses, who specialise in homecare, are able to provide in-home medical care. In addition, we have a state-of-the-art Internet portal which allows medical specialists to communicate directly with nurses and/or patients. This portal also gives access to our medication-specific care plans and customised medication plans.
The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport is increasingly shifting towards a system whereby hospitals fund more aspects of care, including medical resources, themselves. To help hospitals with these new responsibilities, Eurocept offers a so-called Ďone-stop shopí approach, allowing patients to receive medications, medical resources, medical nutrition and all the attendant care in the comfort of their own homes, quickly and discreetly.
Eurocept Homecare's nurses are qualified and competent to perform specialist medical procedures. Eurocept co-ordinates each care and medication plan from start to finish. Plans can be customised to meet your needs, and thanks to our efficiency, they come at a low price point.
